Once the task list has been completed and a cost figure attached, then members can better determine if this is a good financial move for the organization. This RFP should include a description of all tasks the TCA will require a CPA / accountant to perform plus a cost analysis to perform these tasks.
To the best of my knowledge the board has not prepared or sent a Request for Proposal (RFP) on this matter. A positive vote also will change the duties and responsibilities of the TCA Treasurer. This change would allow TCA's Executive Board to hire a CPA / accountant to handle all financial accounting for TCA.
